Coffee is consumed by over two billion people around the world. Did you know that Haiti was once one of the world’s top coffee producers? Based in the mountains of Haiti, COPO produces a premium-grade, organic Arabica coffee. Smooth…yet robust. Our coffee is grown in the Thiotte region, South West of Haiti, between altitudes of 1300 to 1500 meters and our Dry process method and quality control is considered as one of the best in the world. The moisture is between 11.5-12%. We, here at COPO, want to make sure that Haiti continues to be a top producer of premium coffee.
